Processing and Fulfillment Times

Orders are processed by our brand partners within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Multi-Brand and Split Shipments

Items are shipped directly from the facility holding each brand’s inventory. This helps us offer a wider selection while reducing unnecessary handling and waste.

If your order includes products from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by our suppliers and displayed at checkout.
